Documents → Scope → Decisions

One amenity. The evidence behind it.

A plan can establish quantity. A detail can define configuration. A specification can identify the product.

Plan Review is designed to connect those references into an Amenity Schedule, keeping the supporting documents and open questions attached to the findings.

The aim is simple: understand what the project calls for, then decide what Olympia should quote.

The planned process

From project documents to a considered quote request.

  1. Upload Project

Start with the project’s drawings, specifications, and applicable addenda. Landscape, architectural, and relevant civil documents provide the context for outdoor amenity scope.

  2. Review Amenity Schedule

Review identified products, quantities, and project references organized by category. Supporting source evidence and unresolved questions stay connected to the findings.

  3. Select Quote Scope

Choose what Olympia should quote, exclude items outside the request, and add notes or ask for alternate options. Your quote preferences stay separate from what the documents say.

  4. Request Olympia Quote

Send the selected scope for Olympia’s review. Product selection, alternates, and pricing remain a commercial review by Olympia, rather than an automatically generated quote.

What to expect

Clarity includes knowing what needs review.

Findings with context
Products, quantities, locations, and project references are organized by amenity category, with source evidence supporting document-derived conclusions.
Open questions stay visible
Missing details, conflicting quantities, and unresolved revisions are surfaced for review. Missing information is not filled in with assumptions.
Your scope, your decisions
Include or exclude items from the quote request and ask Olympia to consider alternates. These choices do not change the underlying document findings.

The Amenity Schedule is a project-document review and quote-request aid, not a proposal, contract, estimate, or representation of complete project scope. Olympia reviews selected scope before issuing pricing.
